Snaffle is 18+ and UK residents only. Entries should always be affordable — you can set your spend by choosing a tier, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, and there is always a completely free way to enter every draw.
If play ever stops feeling fun, we'd rather you paused: contact hello@snaffledraw.com and we'll pause or close your account the same day.

Complaints
If something's gone wrong, email hello@snaffledraw.com — we acknowledge every complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 14. Our complaints process and your rights are set out in the Official Rules.
Fundraising standards
We are committed to meeting the standards in the Fundraising Regulator's Code of Fundraising Practice, and will apply for registration with the Fundraising Regulator when we become eligible. 25% of net receipts from every draw goes to good causes — see Where the money goes.
