One entry = one vote, distributed round-robin across each member's 3 favourite charities. Total votes: 150,000.
What the winning tickets pay
All 150,000 entries go into the same pot. The order in which winning tickets are drawn determines the prize tier.

Every entry has the same chance of winning any tier. The first winning ticket drawn receives the top prize, the next two receive runner-up prizes, and so on.
Three charities share the charity prize pot
Every draw gives 25% of the total prize pot to charity, split three ways. All three are celebrated equally — same 1st-place podium, different routes to the win.
